New Resource: "Growing Urban Agriculture: Equitable Strategies and Policies for Improving Access to Healthy Food and Revitalizing Communities"

Growing Urban Agriculture is a new report that highlights urban farming as an innovative solution for low-income communities struggling with blight and abandonment as well as lack of access to healthy foods.  This report looks at models from all over the country, including Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York.  Based on interviews with urban farmers, advocates, and policymakers, Growing Urban Agriculture touches on the challenges that come with starting an urban farm while highlighting the strategies for achieving success.
